Guidelines and Application Process

To be considered for a grant, qualified 501(c)3 organizations must approach a board member and be invited to submit a Letter of Inquiry.   Then a board member may or may not invite the organization to submit a Grant Request.  No unsolicited grant applications will be considered.

The B & E Collins Foundation makes a limited number of grants ranging in size from $1,000 to $15,000 two or three times a year.  Grant requests are considered at the April/ May, August or November/December Board meetings.  Only applications that have been solicited by a board member will be considered.
