Our Mission
Our mission is to support and encourage deserving 501(c)3 organizations engaged in research, conservation, arts, education, health care and human services in Colorado and throughout the United States. In addition, the B & E Collins Foundation intends to be a leader in its communities to promote philanthropy by example and to involve its directors and officers in charitable projects.
The B & E Collins foundation wishes to create a legacy of service and resourcefulness through partnerships with non-profit organizations in order to promote positive community actions.
History
The B & E Collins Foundation was established in Golden, Colorado in 1998 by Bob and Elaine Collins to accomplish a variety of philanthropic goals. The B & E Collins Foundation currently has five board members: Robert M. Collins,  President; Elaine J. Collins, Secretary/Treasuer; Susan Lacy Sweeney; Tim C. Collins; Benjamin Robert Sweeney
